Steve A. Rodgers is a distinguished C-Level IT Executive with an impressive track record spanning over 25 years. His expertise in digital transformation, cloud automation, DevSecOps, security compliance, and agile development has been instrumental in steering organizations and agencies towards modern, efficient, and secure cloud virtualized environments. His leadership skills shine through his ability to guide and mentor directors, managers, and technical SMEs, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies that enhance mobility, usability, security, reliability, and redundancy​​.

Rodgers’ skill set is comprehensive and diverse, encompassing executive and team leadership, digital transformation, and change management. His professional journey includes significant roles such as the Chief of IT Operations at the State of Missouri’s Office of Administration ITSD, where he led several critical IT functions and digital government transformation initiatives. Previously, at Ericsson Inc., he served as a Solution Architect and Security Consulting Practice leader, where he was pivotal in enhancing cloud security compliance and managing vulnerability in complex networks and applications.

In addition to technology leadership, Rodgers’ also enjoys coaching 40 and over adults to be better, stronger, fitter versions of themselves through barbell strength training. His company, Freedom Strength, was created to further his strength training and fitness passion.

He is a Dale Carnegie Course Graduate and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University​.
