Previously, at Ericsson Inc., he served as a Solution Architect and Security Consulting Practice leader, where he was pivotal in enhancing cloud security compliance and managing vulnerability in complex networks and applications.

In addition to technology leadership, Rodgers’ also enjoys coaching 40 and over adults to be better, stronger, fitter versions of themselves through barbell strength training. His company, Freedom Strength, was created to further his strength training and fitness passion.

He is a Dale Carnegie Course Graduate and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University​.
